Fee Refund Policy @ SMGG

​In case of cancellation of admission, fee will be refunded as per the AICTE notification and G.O. passed by the A.P. Government.

Full deposited fee will be refunded after deduction of Rs. 1000/- as processing charges,  if the application for fee refund is received before the start of the session. However, fee deposited at AP EAPCET – 2024 during counseling process shall be claimed form AP EAPCET 2024 / JNTUK as per their norms. Institute shall not be accountable / responsible in this regard.

Hostel Fee Refund Rules

First year students

In case a 1st year student submit an application for leaving hostel within the first 02 month, charges for only two months hostel fee would be charged.

In case the student stays for more then two months he would not be eligible for any refunded.

B

Second & Third yearstudents

In case a 2nd or 3rd year student submits an application for withdrawal he would not be able for any refunds

C

Final year students

1.Student will make the full payment of the first quarter on first date of the quarter beginning.

2.From 2nd quarter onwards i.e w.e.f November the student will have the option to make payments on monthly basis for the hostel facilities being availed by him.

3. The student will have the option to leave the hostel after the 1st quarter or avail the hostel facilities on monthly basis after making the fee payment
